This is not self-improvement.

Over seven weeks, we will gently unwind centuries of conditioning and trace the roots of inherited shame — religious, cultural, relational, embodied.

We will not bypass the shadow.
We will descend into it — together — safely, slowly, reverently.

And from there, we will re-weave.

The way we walk

This immersion is guided by a psychotherapist who has transitioned into archetypal mentorship — rooted in trauma awareness, attachment theory, narrative repair, and sacred ritual.

No dogma. No coercion.
No hierarchy of holiness.

Only remembrance.

The Journey

Each week opens a chamber of initiation — a spiral descent and sacred return.
We walk with the archetypal women who refused erasure.
And in the final week — we weave the tapestry anew.

This immersion is for the woman who:

+ Carries sexual or body shame she cannot think her way out of
+ Has experienced an eating disorder in her past and is desiring to move into embodied recovery
+ Feels split between spirituality and sensuality

It is not group therapy but informed with therapeutic understandings

    This container is trauma-informed, psychologically grounded, and soul-centered.
