Step 1:
Schedule a free introductory call

This is a 20 minute connection call.

A space for you to:

+ Share what’s bringing you here
+ Ask questions about the mentorship
+ Feel into whether this work resonates

And for me to:

+ Understand your current needs and intentions
+ Gently assess whether this is the right level of support for you

This is not a sales call.
It’s a grounded, honest conversation.

Book your introductory call.

Next Steps

Step 2:
Complete the Intake Application

After our call, if we both feel aligned, you’ll be invited to complete a short intake form.

This allows me to:

+ Understand your history and current relationship with food and your body
+ Ensure you are appropriately supported for this level of work
+ Begin to attune to your story before we begin

This step helps protect the integrity of the space—for you and for the container as a whole.

Step 3:
Schedule your first session

Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll be invited to schedule your first session.

From there:

+ We establish your mentorship rhythm
+ Clarify intentions for our time together
+ Begin the process of unwinding, remembering, and returning

A Note on Fit & Readiness

This mentorship is designed for women who are:

+ Ready to engage in a deeper, self-led healing process
+ Stable enough to explore without needing intensive clinical support
+ Willing to invest time, energy, and resources into their growth

If a higher level of care is needed, I will always guide you toward the support that best serves you.
